Horse excursions
We can organise professional-led horse rides from the doorstep of Beach House. Ride on the white sand at dawn in the cool of the morning, to come back for breakfast, or for a romantic sunset ride.
Out and about
Buggy/quad bike rides
Roam the dunes on a quad bike with your friends, or simply rent a buggy with or without a driver for a day’s excursion to the local sights.
Fishing trips
Join the local fishermen of Preá for a night trip on their fishing boats, or charter a boat any time for an unforgettable haul, endless open starry skies included.
Star gazing deck
You may have never seen anything like the skies here at Preá beach. Be prepared for long nights just gazing upwards, with a cocktail in your hand.
At Beach House
Yoga
We can arrange for Yoga or Personal fitness instructors to come to the house, so you can use the huge deck to have your beach view sessions whenever you want.
Massage
What better than to submit to a relaxing massage on the verandah, to soothe your kitesurfing muscles and just take it supremely easy.
The Kitesurfing
Reliable wind. Endless beaches. There’s a reason Preá has become one of the world’s top kite destinations.
It began with the windsurfers in Jeri. Then kitesurfing was born, and a few pousadas like Vila Preá started to show up and cater for this new sport. Then word caught on that here was a new destination that you could actually rely on the wind, day after day.. that from 11am til sunset and sometimes even after (care for a moonlit kitesurf, anyone?), you knew the wind was ON. July-February, slightly onshore, perfect.
That’s when the owner of Beach House decided this was where he’d build his dream kitesurfing home. Started in 2008 and made available for rental in 2012, Beach House is a temple to the kitesurfing religion. With a dedicated kite storage room, pumping space in front of the house, just harness up and go from the door.
Grab a buggy driver and do a downwinder - around 12km to Jericoacoara, and let him take you into town afterwards for drinks and dinner, or home to Beach House. The perfect way to enjoy the waves and just let the kite take you all the way down the beach.

Jerí and Preá
Jericoacoara has exploded with nightlife options, from delicious pizza joints to mermaid bars. Hire a buggy driver to take you into town for the night, and enjoy the experience of sandy streets, beach bars, fashion and local craft shopping, and fresh caipirinhas from the street hawkers. And at sunset don’t forget to climb the sand dune to watch the sun go down to the sight of capoeira.
Prea has grown over the years to have a whole host of restaurants and bars only minutes walk from Beach House. Have local grilled fish on the beach, in view of the traditional colourful boats moored on the beach, ready for their night’s work.
